LitFuel Econ (Return and Refund) Policy

Welcome to LitFuel, Voyager! These Econ Terms govern your access, purchase, and use of LitCreds, Awards, and other features of the LitFuel virtual economy. These terms apply in addition to the LitFuel User Agreement. By accessing, purchasing, or using LitFuel's paid services, including LitCreds, Awards, and Tips, you agree to be bound by these Econ Terms.

This Econ Policy is part of the larger scope of LitFuel policies, and by using LitFuel sites, you agree to our Terms of Service.

Econ Terms

1. LitCreds

1.1 Purchasing LitCreds: You can purchase LitCreds using various payment methods accepted by LitFuel. We use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to handle your payment information securely.

1.2 Using LitCreds: LitCreds can be used to:

• Purchase Awards to give to other members.
• Tip other members.
• Unlock third-party creator posts and special content.
• Participate in Booster Boards, Quests, Missions, and Badges.

1.3 Earning LitCreds: You can earn LitCreds by:

• Participating in site activities like Booster Boards, Quests, Missions, and Badges.
• Receiving Awards or gifts from other members or third-party creators.

1.4 Non-refundable: All purchases and awards of LitCreds are non-refundable.

2. Awards and Tips

2.1 Purchasing Awards: You can purchase Awards using LitCreds.

2.2 Gifting Awards: Awards are given to other members to recognize their contributions.

2.3 Gifting Tips: Tips are given to other members to recognize their contributions.

2.4 Non-refundable: All purchases and awarding of Awards and Tips are non-refundable.

3. Third-Party Content

3.1 Unlocking Content: You can use LitCreds to unlock third-party creator posts and special content.

3.2 Third-Party Responsibility: Third-party creators are responsible for the content they provide. LitFuel does not control the quality or accuracy of third-party content.

4. Account Suspension or Termination

4.1 Compliance with Rules: You must comply with the LitFuel User Agreement and the rules of individual communities on the site. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination, and you may lose any LitCreds or Awards associated with your account.

5. Your Acknowledgments

By using LitFuel's virtual economy, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will comply with LitFuel's rules and community guidelines.
• LitCreds and Awards have no monetary value outside of the LitFuel platform.
• You cannot sell, trade, or transfer LitCreds or Awards outside of the LitFuel platform.
• You will not use LitFuel's virtual economy for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• You will not attempt to circumvent any security measures or limits imposed by LitFuel.

6. Risks

You acknowledge and assume the following risks:

• No returns or refunds will be given on LitCred purchases.
• Loss of access to your account, including any and all purchases of LitCred and earned tips or awards, due to suspension or termination.
• Disputes with other members regarding transactions.
• Changes to LitFuel's virtual economy, including the value or availability of LitCreds and Awards.

7. Miscellaneous

• These Econ Terms are incorporated into the LitFuel User Agreement.
• LitFuel may update these Econ Terms from time to time.
